Delivery & Returns

Any product(s) ordered before 9:30am will be posted the same day, and any product(s) ordered after 9:30am will be posted the following day.

The only exception to this is if a product is ordered after 9:30am on a Friday then the product(s) will be posted on the following Monday, or if there is a Bank Holiday or Official Holiday then the product(s) will be posted on the next working day.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery - FREE for all orders

Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery - £1.99

Please be aware that due to ongoing staff shortages at Royal Mail, it is possible that your order may be delayed a few days. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive before contacting our customer services.

We are only able to claim with Royal Mail for lost orders once 14 working days have lapsed, therefore please note that we will have to wait this time before processing any refunds on orders that have not been received.

EU Shipping Options:

Royal Mail Standard International (Untracked) - £5.99

Royal Mail Standard International (Tracked) - £8.99 For Orders Under £50

Royal Mail Standard International (Tracked) - £4.99 For Orders Over £50

Please note:

Customs fees are not covered by the cost of the order and are the responsibility of the customer. 

In the case that your product(s) haven't arrived we operate a 14 day policy as in 99% of cases the post has been misdirected and will be with you in that time frame. If after 14 days you still haven't received your package then please contact us on cdherbology@gmail.com to see how we can create a good outcome from this.

Refunds:

Refunds are applicable only if the item is returned to us in an unopened, untampered state (for resale purposes).

Any mistakes made by ourselves will qualify you for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
