Delivery & Returns
Any product(s) ordered before 9:30am will be posted the same day, and any product(s) ordered after 9:30am will be posted the following day.
The only exception to this is if a product is ordered after 9:30am on a Friday then the product(s) will be posted on the following Monday, or if there is a Bank Holiday or Official Holiday then the product(s) will be posted on the next working day.
UK Shipping Options:
Yodel Standard Delivery (2-3 days) - £1.50 or free on orders over £15
Evri Next Day Delivery (1-2 days) - £1.99 or free on orders over £25
We use Evri and Yodel as our trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently. Standard delivery times are based on estimates provided by Evri and Yodel and may vary depending on your location and order size. Delivery times may be extended during busy periods, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Both Evri and Yodel will make reasonable attempts to deliver your parcel.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may:
• Leave the parcel in a safe place (if permitted),
• Leave it with a neighbour, or
• Leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
While we work closely with Evri and Yodel to provide a smooth delivery experience, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
If your parcel has not arrived within 4 working days, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

Royal Mail Standard International (Untracked) - £5.99
Royal Mail Standard International (Tracked) - £8.99 For Orders Under £50
Royal Mail Standard International (Tracked) - £4.99 For Orders Over £50
Please note:
Customs fees are not covered by the cost of the order and are the responsibility of the customer.
In the case that your product(s) haven't arrived we operate a 14 day policy as in 99% of cases the post has been misdirected and will be with you in that time frame. If after 14 days you still haven't received your package then please contact us on cdherbology@gmail.com to see how we can create a good outcome from this.
Refunds:
Refunds are applicable only if the item is returned to us in an unopened, untampered state (for resale purposes).
Any mistakes made by ourselves will qualify you for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
